Starbucks and contemporary artists

Why doesn't Starbucks solicit designs for its cups, lids and sleeves from contemporary "minority" artists?  

Some of the profits can be given for developing arts and business programs in the country's poorest public schools.  

Children and teenagers K-12 should have classes that help them to create and appreciate art and to be good money managers.

There is no "Trump Whisperer."

It is a derogatory term that ought to be stopped. I am for the environment.  My guess is that all of the technology already exists to convert the world to sustainable energy, and the reason that the conversion hasn't occurred is that there's nowhere near as much money to be made from sustainable energy as from fossil fuels.
