I want to be sure that I understand the basis of the lawsuit against Amherst College.
It's all right for a male student who's been accused of sexual assault to say that he was assaulted when he was "blackout drunk"; he can win a lawsuit based on the idea that even though he doesn't remember what happened, he would never assault someone.
A female student who says that she was assaulted while blackout drunk is just a lying alcoholic, even if she says that she would never lie about being assaulted.
Is that an accurate summary?
