If the Cambridge Police Department, located in the middle of the world's most prestigious Institute of Technology, is both INCOMPETENT at and INSTITUTIONALLY INDIFFERENT toward the investigation of voyeurism, then what does that say about the probable technological and sociological stuntedness of police departments all over the United States?

This picture was a joke about me, wasn't it?

I don't tend to think that I'm particularly educated, and it is upsetting that being relentlessly targeted for harassment and other abuse has prevented me from being able to obtain advanced degrees and start a professional life. However, my perhaps uneducated opinion about the Councilor's remarks is that I think that the U.S. and Chinese governments are understanding each other.
