I can't stop you from calling other black people the n-word.  I know that many black people have tried to have that word removed from black culture and they have epically failed.  I also know that the word has many connotations and inflections in black culture, from the most pejorative to the humorously affectionate.  It is not my battle to define.

However, DON'T CALL ME A HONKY, AND DON'T RHAPSODIZE ABOUT MY P----.

This picture was a joke about me, wasn't it?

This article is one of the few Google results for "North Korea" today that doesn't immediately blame President Trump for everything; it does that later, even after paragraphs that seem to prove that the problem is China.

I don't tend to think that I'm particularly educated, and it is upsetting that being relentlessly targeted for harassment and other abuse has prevented me from being able to obtain advanced degrees and start a professional life. However, my perhaps uneducated opinion about the Councilor's remarks is that I think that the U.S. and Chinese governments are understanding each other.
