I don't know why someone who does not correct people who call her a feminist icon thinks that she can promote the idea that women who are beautiful are asking to be sexually assaulted and that women who are not beautiful lie about being sexually assaulted for attention.

This picture was a joke about me, wasn't it?

I don't tend to think that I'm particularly educated, and it is upsetting that being relentlessly targeted for harassment and other abuse has prevented me from being able to obtain advanced degrees and start a professional life. However, my perhaps uneducated opinion about the Councilor's remarks is that I think that the U.S. and Chinese governments are understanding each other.
