Questions about the Dream Act of 2017

It offers "lawful permanent resident status on a conditional basis."

The White House Framework offers "10-12 year path to citizenship, with requirements for work, education and good moral character."

Citizenship is better than "lawful permanent resident status on a conditional basis."  

That's not a question, honestly.  President Trump is offering citizenship; the Dream Act isn't.

There is no "Trump Whisperer."

It is a derogatory term that ought to be stopped. I am for the environment.  My guess is that all of the technology already exists to convert the world to sustainable energy, and the reason that the conversion hasn't occurred is that there's nowhere near as much money to be made from sustainable energy as from fossil fuels.
