This picture was a joke about me, wasn't it?

This article is one of the few Google results for "North Korea" today that doesn't immediately blame President Trump for everything; it does that later, even after paragraphs that seem to prove that the problem is China.

I don't tend to think that I'm particularly educated, and it is upsetting that being relentlessly targeted for harassment and other abuse has prevented me from being able to obtain advanced degrees and start a professional life. However, my perhaps uneducated opinion about the Councilor's remarks is that I think that the U.S. and Chinese governments are understanding each other.
