What's the "right way" to ask for help?

Would someone like to answer that question?

How should I ask that someone, of the many people who know that the voyeurism in my last apartment wasn't a false accusation, corroborate that it wasn't?

How should I ask that I and everyone else who's either been victimized or is a potential target of this type of crime not be victimized?  

How should I ask that this stop happening?

Am I supposed to ask?  "Please, stop hurting me?"  Is that what people who think that making me live like a degraded animal is funny think that I should say?

"Look, it talks!"  They think that's funny, too.

Children In Immigrant Detention Facilities Indignant About The Idea That They Lack The Mental Capacity To Appreciate The Onion's Satire About Their Situation
