President Trump was trying to help the protestors, and that quote was from an employee of the government of Iran.

That's from an article published today, called "Two reportedly killed after Iranian forces 'open fire on protestors' as demonstrations continue for third day," for which this is the address:

The Iranian government is an ally of Assad, who is a dictator who has tortured and murdered thousands of his own people and caused a refugee and displacement crisis for millions.  Iran's involvement in the Syrian conflict has convoluted the process of the resolution of that conflict.   Trump's support for the protestors was solidarity for human rights and was also appropriate in the context of attempting to weaken the Iranian government's position of providing support to Assad.

This picture was a joke about me, wasn't it?

This article is one of the few Google results for "North Korea" today that doesn't immediately blame President Trump for everything; it does that later, even after paragraphs that seem to prove that the problem is China.
